We can handle all your 13d Fire Sprinkler design needs.

What you need in home sprinkler design is really in two parts-

• A printable proof that has all the needed sprinkler heads in place - this gives you the needed head count so you can accurately bid the project. Because it's printable (PDF), you can even include a copy with your bid to bolster your professionalism.

• If your bid is accepted, you now need a plan that is fully piped and has all the needed calcs, along with all the needed submittal cut sheets to get your project through your AHJ review.

This is how it works:

• You send us the plans - Email or Snail Mail

• You answer a few simple questions by filling out our Job Site Information Form

• We place the needed sprinkler heads in your plan, re-draw it, and email you a PDF so you can give your client a accurate Quote. ....once you land the job......

• We design, draw, and compile a full submittal package for you to  deliver to your AHJ.

• It's that simple.

What you get.....

Our Pricing for Designing, Drawing and Calcs for an approved NFPA 13d Design is $150.00 plus $3.50 per sprinkler head.

• We charge $50.00 to supply you with an emailed PDF of your project plan with the sprinkler heads in place. (What you need to bid the Project.)

• If email is not available we can Fed-Ex this to you for the freight charge.

• If you get the Job, we continue the designing and drawing and deduct the $50.00 already spent, from the $150.00 plus $3.50 a head price.

• This Price gives you an electronic copy of the fully piped and calculated plan, along with an electronic copy of the needed submittal cut  sheets.

Printing and plotting fees

• We  charge $12.00 per sheet, for full sized, Plotted and wet stamped, color coded piped plans.

• For the printing and wet-stamping of the rest of submittal sheets (including calcs) we charge $10.00 per set.

• Most AHJs will want three copies of everything.... Wet-stamped Drawings, Calcs, and Submittal cut sheets. Plus one full set for you.

Project Cost Example:

• Design and Drawing on a home that will require 30 Heads -

• $150 + $105.00 (30 x $3.50) = $255.00

• To Get 4 Copies of Everything with all needed wet-stamps -

• Color Plotting the drawings - $12.00 per sheet (4 copies - $48.00)

• (Houses of 2500 ft or smaller can usually be fitted on a single sheet)

• Printing, and Collating all other submittal material,  and Wet Stamping - $10.00 per set (4 copies - $40.00)

• Printing and Plotting costs for this project - $88.00

• Subtotal:   $255.00 (designing and drawing) [Total if wet-stamping not needed]

• $88.00 (printing, plotting and wet stamping)

• $343.00  Plus Freight - Fed Ex or UPS
